Instead, we transform extraordinary, unexpected locations into vibrant dining spaces, enhancing every moment of the experience. Novanta90 is a unique off-grid boutique hotel located in the Casentino Valley, Tuscany, offering an immersive experience that blends rustic charm, nature, and luxury. Originally launched as a pop-up for 90 days (hence the name "Novanta"), it became a long-term destination due to its popularity. The hotel combines Italian tradition with modern comforts, offering experiences like farm-to-table dining, truffle hunting, wine tasting, pasta-making workshops, and scenic bike rides.
